We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out work, and keep records of the work done (including products used). We do not sell your information. We share it only with the technician assigned to your job and with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and website hosting.

If analytics is enabled on this site, it collects aggregated, de-identified information about how pages are used. You can block analytics cookies in your browser.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored in our website's database and email account with reasonable security measures. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
